Rick has completed a 30 year career with the local Limestone District School Board as an elementary and secondary school teacher, curriculum consultant, and school administrator. He has been and continues to be active as a community volunteer in social issues and athletics. His personal and professional real estate experience includes subdivision development, land severance, and sales of multi residential income property, homes, cottages, vacant land, waterfront and farms.

He started his career at another local real estate firm, winning a professional sales award and is currently a member of the RE/MAX staff of professional realtors. Magret is able to use previous career as a tax consultant and experience with subdivision and land development to offer her clients a wealth of knowledge, enabling them to make informed choices in their real estate decisions. Magret was raised in the Kingston area for most of her life years starting her professional career over 30 years ago in finance.

Magret has been the recipient of multiple outstanding sales awards but she is most proud of her proven record in going above and beyond for her clients in their real estate endeavors.
